Guido Steinbach

About Guido

Guido Steinbach has spent many years in management positions, both in Germany and in the UK. He worked for international corporations as well as medium sized companies. Before founding naBERA in 2015 he was Managing Director of a chemical trading and distribution company.

He studied economics in Hagen and got specific education from the Petroleum Institute in Oxford. Guido brings with him experience in general management, sales / marketing and procurement. He speaks fluently English, German and basic Spanish. His focus is on business development, e-commerce, M&A and grassroute projects.

Rainer Oertel

About Rainer

Rainer Oertel has extensive international experience in multinational chemical companies. He worked in senior corporate positions and as managing director of a large medium-sized company. Since 2008 he is active as a management consultant. His assignments focus on strategy, change management, organizational development, and sales processes. He is also available for C-level interim management roles. Rainer holds a master degree in business administration from Mannheim University. He speaks fluently German, English and French as well as conversational Spanish and Italian.

Heiko Bünting

About Heiko

Heiko Bünting has many years of experience in sales, marketing and market development within the European chemicals and distribution markets. His main focus was on inorganic commodities, fertilizers, logistics and supply chain. In addition he is experienced in business development of specialities for automotive and high temperature applications.
He has worked in Germany and UK for multinationals with international responsibility.
In 2012 he co-founded CTA (Chemical Technical Advisors) and developed the D-A-CH market for a number of international chemicals producers. This involved the introduction of products and the development of sales channels.
Heiko holds a master degree in economics from Dortmund university and speaks fluently German and English.
